«Ближе к неудовлетворительному»

Пляж, бассейн, территория, вид из окна номера

Плохое состояние ванной комнаты (протечка воды с потолка во время дождя, старая ванная с ржавыми пятнами, плохой сток воды в ванной, неудобный душ). Смежность номеров. Пришедшие в упадок дверь в номер, дверь в ванную, двери шкафа-купе. Отсутствие гладильной доски, утюга. Плохая уборка номера, несвоевременность замены пастельного белья и полотенец. Некачественная работа лифтового оборудования (постоянная поломка лифтов в результате чего приходилось пешком подниматься на 6 этаж). Отсутсвие на русском языке информационных материалов для постояльцев гостиницы (меню в барах и ресторанах, информации на ресепшене и т.д.)

"Por do sol no mirante, surpreende."

Cuba e o mar. O café deles é muito bom.

Reserva dos restaurantes muito complicadas e não funcionam bem. Os restaurantes que não precisam de reserva são tudo bem. Eles têm uma cultura de propina ou gorjeta, mesmo sendo tudo incluído. Algumas vezes, isso incomoda um pouco.

« Très décevant et surtout pas dépaysant. Usine à touristes ! »

Linge de maison propre mais traces de taches, serviettes jaunies ou grisâtres. Draps et dessus de lit troués. Fuites d'eau de la climatisation et au plafond dans la salle de bains signalées et restées sans suite. Que dire des carpettes poussiéreuses et tachées. Murs abimés. Décoration désuète. Tout est misé sur la piscine et rien d'autres. Nous sommes habitués à voyager à travers le monde, malgré nos précautions habituelles nous avons été victimes tous les deux de sérieux problèmes gastriques. Les serveurs des différents bars ne semblent intéressés qu'à vos pourboires pour vous décrocher un simple sourire. Par contre les serveurs du buffet principal étaient très efficaces et agréables. Pas d'accueil à notre arrivée (sauf un porteur à pas de courses et qui attend un pourboire en prime). Pas de plan de l'établissement à notre arrivée. Buffet très redondant (surtout au bout de 10 jours). Ingrédients pas de qualité. Internet payant et pas très efficace (coupures permanentes). Usine à touristes : on ne se sent absolument pas à Cuba (surtout que tout le monde ou presque parle français et/ou canadien autour de vous).

Piscine et bains de soleil tant à la plage qu'à la piscine bien que beaucoup de clients se permettent de réserver les bains de soleil à la journée en y déposant leurs affaires dès le matin (question de civisme !!). Plage agréable mais l'ombre se fait rare (heureusement il y a des parasols si vous avez la chance qu'un se libère). Même le plagiste essaie d'obtenir de vous un pourboire (formule tout inclus à revoir !)

Bien para dos dias pero no mas

La playa (hamacas y parasoles gratuitos) y actividades a lo largo del dia.

Personal de bar/restaurante desmotivado, comida de campamento (pizza congelada, pasta, helado derretido...) y presentacion poco apetecible. Aun estando en el 9° y ultimo piso, tuvimos la compañia de una cucaracha. El acceso al hotel es complicado a pie por culpa de las obras del Meliá cercano.

Belle plage toute proche, belle piscine. ping-pong et billards gratuits. Animation journée toute en discrétion. Snack piscine correct avec barbecue sympa. Bon café. Bons Rhums. Bonne bière pression Parking gratuit. Proche de la Calle 62 (rue animée en soirée)

Climatisation non réglable (tout ou rien). Nourriture vraiment insipide (excepté le poisson) au restaurant principal (vin horrible), peu d'originalité dans les plats, quasi rien de local cocktails globalement moyens en tout compris Nombre de serviettes de plage insuffisant pour pouvoir les changer chaque jour

Excelente!!!

Todo, increible el hotel, el todo incluido es maravilloso, las 24 horas del día tienes disponibilidad de comida y bebestibles. El personal super atento, muchos bares disponibles durante todo el dia, distintos espacios, cafetería, restaurantes de especialidad. La piscina grande y buenisima. Shows todos los días en la noche. Maravilloso.

Las puertas de las habitaciones debiesen remodelarlas y debiesen poner un bar mucho mas cerca de la playa. Está un poco lejos. Y quizás mas adelante debiesen invertir en un bar dentro de la piscina.

Buena relación precio calidad para ser un todo incluido.

Buena relación precio calidad para ser un todo incluido. Cumple con los aspectos básicos. La atención de todos los cubanos del hotel era muy buena, siempre dispuesta a ayudarte y entregarte un buen servicios. La comida, bien. No es de las mejores pero para unos días está bien. Podría mejorar por lo menos en presentación. La cercanía de la playa, imposible mejor! Tienen sus propias posaderas, un bar cerca y la playa por supuesto muy bella.

Son dos hoteles, las fotos no representan el lugar donde nosotros estuvimos ya que nuestra habitación era en el más pequeño. Las habitaciones del primer piso, sin luz natural ya que la puerta era un ventanal que si no cerrabas la cortina, toda la gente te veía. Si bien puedes cruzar y usar las instalaciones del Viva Cuba (nombre antiguo) no es lo mismo. Había un grupo de animación, todos Italianos. Tengo entendido que el hotel tenía una convenio con ese país, por lo tanto las actividades eran para ellos. Si no hablas su idioma, te recomiendo que cruces al otro hotel ya que lo hicimos un día y era mucho mejor en todo aspecto. La gente cubana del hotel muy amable, no puedo decir lo mismo de este grupo de animación, ellos hacían su propia fiesta.

No recomendable.

Edificación en muy mal estado, sin mantenimiento, en muchas zonas con malos olores. La comida en general es incomible, aunque abundante y repetitiva. Referente a la limpieza de la habitación, no había cambios de toallas ni sabanas aun pidiéndolas.

Semi-inclusive.

El acceso a la playa es muy bueno. Cerca de la playa hay un buen restaurante y un bar durante el día, con buenos servicios. Si se busca una experiencia económica en la playa de Varadero, es aceptable, si se desea una experiencia all inclusive, es insuficiente.

El buffet era siempre el mismo, con comida de calidad regular a mala. En el restaurante a la carta de la playa servían porciones minúsculas. Los restaurantes francés y oriental no tenían disponibilidad hasta 4 días después de mi llegada. El hotel tenía goteras y cuando llovió se inundó gran parte de los pasillos y hasta dentro de la habitación. El personal brillaba por su ausencia ante cualquier inconveniente.

ES UN LUGAR QUE TIENE PLAYAS HERMOSAS Y ESTA EN UN PUNTO CENTRAL DE VARADERO, COMIDAS RIQUISIMAS, AREA DE SNACK LAS 24 HORAS, PUEDES REALIZAR TUS RECORRIDOS CAMINANDO YA QUE ES UNA ZONA MUY SEGURA Y SOBRE TODO QUE SUS PRECIOS SON MUY COMPETITIVOS CON TODO INCLUIDO!

Buena para el precio que pagamos

Es una opción excelente para el precio, la ubicación es perfecta, queda a pocos minutos del centro, por la puerta pasa el bus turístico para recorrer Varadero . Los tragos y bebidas que ofrecen son bastante buenos, también hay vino de botella y buena cerveza. La habitación estaba linda y el baño era nuevo y moderno. Teníamos un amplio balcón. El aire acondicionado funcionaba perfecto, televisor y la caja fuerte también. La playa es hermosa, hay cientos de sombrillas de paja y reposeras. El hotel ofrece gratis unos autos acuáticos a pedal. Por 20cuc pueden contratar snorkel en la misma playa. Wifi cuesta 1 dólar la hora y funciona muy bien. Tienen servicio de cambio pero no es favorable, es mejor cambiar en cadecas fuera del hotel. En general el personal era amable. Adentro hay locales para comprar souvenir, pareos, habanos, ron y filtro solar.

La comida en oportunidades era repetitiva, sobre todo a la cena. Usan aceite viejo , las papas fritas y croquetas salen negras de lo vieja que es el aceite. Vi una cucaracha chica caminando cerca de los fiambres. Deben mejorar la parte recreativa, la chica de animación no es ni un poquito graciosa .

We cannot give a proper review on "Be Live Experience Varadero" as - after arriving - we were immediately asked to move into "Hotel Los Cactus" because of some technical issues. (Los Cactus has a more superior service by the way, but we got it on the same price.)

Friendly stuff, food okay

Room wasn't ready at check-in time, air conditioning lost water, toilet flush didn't turn off, there were no towels the first day, room smelled like gasoline due to oil pumps near the hotel... At least they fixed everything pretty soon, but anyway the hotel needs revision

The beach and the pool and snack bar

Never had cocktails like pina colada or proper glasses to put them in only plastic cups.NO BAR MENU so you dont even know what you can have.musty smell in suites and poor selection of food on buffet.
